• Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Project Data: The projects you create, including names, descriptions, style configurations, and color palettes.
• Generated Assets: Icons and images generated through our service, along with the prompts used to create them.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service, including generation counts and feature usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Pixelle service
• Process your icon generation requests
• Store and organize your generated assets
• Track usage for billing and rate limiting purposes
• Improve our service and develop new features
• Communicate with you about your account and updates

3. AI Processing

Pixelle uses OpenAI's image generation API to create icons based on your prompts. When you generate an icon:

• Your prompt and style configuration are sent to OpenAI for processing
• OpenAI may use this data according to their own privacy policy and data usage terms
• Generated images are stored in our secure cloud storage (Firebase)

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Data at rest is encrypted in Firebase/Google Cloud
• We implement access controls and regular security reviews
• Authentication is handled securely through Firebase Auth

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Google Cloud/Firebase (hosting, storage, authentication), OpenAI (image generation)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

• Your account data is retained while your account is active
• Deleted projects and assets are retained for 30 days for recovery
• After account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your generated assets
• Opt out of marketing communications

Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Pixelle is an AI-powered icon generation service that helps you create consistent, branded icons for your projects. By using Pixelle, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Pixelle
• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person; no shared or automated accounts

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use the service for spam or automated bulk generation
• Reverse engineer or copy our service
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

4. Generated Content Ownership

Icons and images you generate through Pixelle are yours to use. You retain ownership of your generated content and may use it for personal or commercial purposes, subject to:

• OpenAI's usage policies for AI-generated content
• Applicable intellectual property laws
• You may not claim the AI-generated images are human-created when disclosure is required

5. AI Limitations

AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Subscription & Billing

• Free tier includes limited generations per month
• Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Pricing changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Limitation of Liability

Pixelle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pixelle after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
